Have a question about Neraya, found something that looks like a bug, or want to leave feedback? Write to us — a person, not a bot, reads every message.
Many things you can do yourself
- Edit the boat’s memory — in the chat, ask the assistant to correct or forget a fact; what the boat knows is always open to you.
- Erase guest data — in the app’s settings, a guest boat and everything it learned can be erased immediately.
- Delete your account — in the settings of the web and mobile apps, with a 14-day window to change your mind.
- Analytics controls — in Settings → Privacy, including a complete switch-off of the anonymous tier.
Data and privacy requests
Access, export, correction or deletion of your data: write to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days. What we collect and how deletion works is described in the Privacy Policy; the legal side of using the Service is in the Terms of Use.
