Terms of Use

Effective date: 24 September 2026

These Terms govern the use of Neraya — the boat intelligence service at app.nerayamarine.com and the Neraya mobile applications (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

The Service is operated by the Neraya Marine team (“we”, “us”), nerayamarine.com. Contact: [email protected].

1. What the Service does

Neraya keeps your boat’s history and documents in one private memory, explains what is happening with her systems, and helps with everyday boating tasks: logbook, handover, check-lists, float plans, spending. Answers and documents the Service produces are informational assistance, not professional advice, and are not for navigation. Charts, depths, tides, weather and AIS data shown in the Service are informational only — always navigate with official sources and your own judgement.

2. Accounts

3. Subscriptions and billing

The free path includes an anonymous trial of the onboarding; paid plans unlock higher quotas. The plans and prices:

PlanMonthly billingYearly billingYearly, per month
Plus€20 / month€108 / year€9 / month
Pro€100 / month€588 / year€49 / month
Ultra€200 / month€1,188 / year€99 / month

4. Your content and your boat’s memory

Your boat’s memory — facts, documents, logbook, photos — belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you. You can export and delete it. Deleting your account removes the account and the personal data attached to it; a boat that other people still use keeps what you contributed in anonymized form (“a former member”), while a boat you alone used is erased together with all its memory — see the Privacy Policy for details.

5. AI-generated answers

Part of the Service is generated by artificial-intelligence models on your request. Generated answers may be incomplete or wrong: verify anything safety-critical (systems, electricity, gas, sea state) before acting. Nothing in the Service replaces a qualified marine surveyor, mechanic or the Coast Guard.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to store unlawful content, to attack the infrastructure, or to resell access without agreement. We may suspend accounts that harm the Service or other users.

7. Availability and changes

We develop the Service continuously: features may change. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance is announced where practical.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or intent.

9. Termination and deletion

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app settings (mobile apps and web): deletion starts immediately — your sessions end and the account rests in a 14-day basket you can undo by signing in — and becomes permanent when the basket runs out (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms with notice where practicable.

10. Law and changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by the law of the Service operator’s country of establishment; consumer rights mandatory under your local law remain unaffected. If we change these Terms, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date, and material changes are announced in advance.
